"We were in town for a college visit at North Idaho College. The house was great - very clean, comfy beds, and easy access.We’ve stayed in a lot of short term rental houses and this one had the most “extras” of any other house with a snack basket, spare drinks in the fridge, some pantry items, lotions, sunscreen, etc. We felt very welcome and at home in this house. Highly recommend this house."

"Such a cute property! A great location as well-close to downtown. We were able to walk to dinner (70 year olds) with no problem. It was just as described and enough room for 4 adults and 2 children. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Wow we all loved the property it had everything we could need with lots if space for everyone to do group activities or to find a quiet to enjoy the beauty of the forest that surrounds you on all sides the shooting range was well stocked with targets for hours of enjoyment the trout ponds have massive trout you can feed the house its self was huge and very homey and welcoming i couldn't be happier with our stay i recommend staying here 1000% ken and the sprinkler repair crew "

"This house was a dream for our family vacation! It is roomy, comfortable, extremely well stocked, and in the absolute best location in town. Our adult kids loved the game room, and we all enjoyed hanging out in the sunrooms and the backyard. The hosts are the nicest people ever, and went way beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope we can come back again! "

"It was the e perfect location for a ladies weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday!! It was quiet, with a wonderful patio area where we could just relax, drink coffee, eat, and hangout. The location was perfect to get to town or on the freeway quickly. Judi was a great host too!! "

"Cute little house with a lake view. Everything is so close in town. Easy walk to everything. Since only one bathroom would recommend a mirror in rooms to get ready. Everything else was great! Amazing porch to hang out on. Very comfortable! Brush and tree behind house will need trimmed at some point so the view doesn’t get blocked. "

"The house was beautiful and remote. We loved the screened in porch too. There is a swampy pond on the other side of the firepit which can cause it to be buggy outside. Also, there is a tad bit of road noise. The road is on the other side of the large field. Overall, we loved the privacy and the stay."

"Here’s a cleaned-up version of your review—polished but still warm and genuine:---This property was absolutely amazing! It was one of the cleanest, most well kept homes we’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect, and the added bonus of having bikes made it so easy to enjoy a quick ride into town. We would highly recommend this property to anyone!"

"My parents, boyfriend, and I stayed here on a weekend trip. It was so comfortable and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed making several home cooked meals, and the home had a great selection of cooking pots and utensils. We also grilled some steaks in the back yard. It was a lovely set up and quiet neighborhood. I brought my dog, and the fenced yard was perfect. It was a hot weekend in Coeur d’Alene, so having ac in each bedroom was a huge comfort! "We had a very nice stay, the room was nice and clean, pool and fitness also very good. I was though very disappointed to find out the use of plastic! The complimentary breakfast was on plastic plates, plastic “silverware”, plastic “glasses”. Apart from it being a sad experience it also surpriced me that a hotel does not take more responsibility towards the environment and the climate crisis and at least use less plastic. Our room had a huge refrigerator and a dishwasher, but only 2 knives and 2 spoons, 2 plates etc. when we asked for more they gave us plastic. So really a nice hotel, but I hope management will rethink the use of plastic. We all have a responsibility."
