Something to keep in mind: In an effort to keep check out instructions simple and the fee as low as possible, we ask that you leave the home as you found it.

One dog under 35lbs is allowed with prior approval and a fee will be charged.
No cats allowed. See pet policy below.

Two parking spots are available for you to use in the driveway on the side of the building. Please do not block driving access to the garage.

Trash and Recycling come on Thursdays and need to be brought out the night before.

No extra guests allowed without the host’s permission.

Smoking is prohibited. If it is determined that someone smoked in the house or within 25ft of the front or back door, a $250 charge will be applied.

Furniture is not to be moved. The cleaner charges extra for this and it will be passed on to the guest.

Pet policy: One dog is allowed and subject to a fee. Make sure that you selected a pet is coming with you when you book your stay. Please remember to pick up after your pet in the yard and crate them when you are away. Please no dogs on the furniture or beds. The guest will be responsible for any damages.
