📋 House Rules & Terms
GENERAL
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and House Rules.
Please treat our home with care and respect our neighbours at all times.
🚭 Strictly NO smoking inside the property
🚫 Not suitable for Schoolies, hens or bucks parties
👤 Guests must be 25 years or older to book
🚗 Please follow all provided parking guidelines
⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: From 3:00pm
• Check-out: By 10:00am
Late departures are subject to prior approval and availability.
• Unauthorised late check-out: $110 per hour
🔑 Contactless check-in will be provided via key safe.
Keys must be returned to the key safe upon departure.
Failure to do so may result in a management and/or replacement fee.
🍳 COOKING
Cooking of curries or strong-smelling foods is not permitted.
A $450 deep cleaning fee will apply if required to remove odours.
🚫 PET POLICY
This property does NOT accept pets.
⚠️ UNAVAILABILITY
If the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. fire, storm, damage), we will:
• Notify you immediately
• Attempt to arrange alternative accommodation
If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
We are not liable for any additional accommodation costs.
🎉 PARTIES & NOISE
🚫 Strictly NO parties or functions
Breaches will result in:
• Immediate eviction without refund
• Additional cleaning, repair, and security charges
🔇 Noise must not disturb neighbours at any time
• No audible noise outside after 10:00pm
🛏 LINEN & TOWELS
• All linen and towels are provided
• Please leave them where supplied on departure
Additional services:
• Optional housekeeping for stays over 1 week (fee applies)
• Mandatory servicing for stays over 2 weeks (additional fee applies)
Damaged or heavily soiled linen may incur replacement costs.
🧾 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests are responsible for:
• Any damage, breakages, theft, or loss
• Notifying us immediately if any issues occur
Additional conditions:
• Do not exceed maximum occupancy
• No disturbance to neighbours at any time
🔑 Lost keys / lockouts:
• $100 call-out fee + replacement costs if required
🧹 DEPARTURE REQUIREMENTS
Before departure, please ensure:
• All food is removed from the fridge
• Rubbish is placed in the appropriate outdoor bins
• Dishes are washed and put away
• Dishwasher is emptied
• BBQ is cleaned after use ($100 fee if not cleaned)
• Property is left neat and tidy
Excess rubbish or additional cleaning will incur extra charges.
🚭 SMOKING & PROHIBITED ITEMS
🚭 Smoking inside will incur a $400 fee
🚫 No illicit drugs permitted on the property
🔧 ACCESS
Guests must allow reasonable access for maintenance or repairs if required during the stay.
Host on the Coast is not liable for any loss or damage to guest belongings during the stay.
📦 Lost property: If any items are left behind, we are happy to arrange their return. Please note this will incur a $30 administration fee, in addition to the postage cost.
