Welcome to our comfortable 3BR APT located in the heart of St Julians, one of the most vibrant and sought-after areas in Malta.

As you enter the apartment, you'll be greeted by a bright and spacious open-plan living area. The room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa set, a coffee table, and a large flat-screen TV.

With its prime location, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, cafes, and shops, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring St Julians, PV and all of Malta

Living Spaces| Access to two terraces accessible from the living and bedrooms. Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining area and a sofa looking at the TV (Connected to the internet).

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils necessary to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and an gas hub.

Bedrooms| 3 bedrooms, 1 of them is a double beds the other with one single and the last bedroom with 2 singles.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.

Bathrooms| 1 full large bathroom.

Laundry| Washer, private.

Getting around St Julians and the surrounding areas is easy and convenient from our 3-bedroom apartment.

Public transportation is readily available, with bus stops located just a short walk from the building. You can easily access other popular areas of Malta, such as Valletta, Sliema, and Bugibba, as well as the Malta International Airport, which is just a 20-minute drive away.

Taxis and ride-sharing services are also widely available and can be easily booked through mobile apps or by calling a local taxi company.

If you prefer to explore the area on foot, St Julians offers a wide range of attractions, restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance of the apartment. The seafront promenade is perfect for a relaxing stroll or jog, and the nearby beaches provide plenty of opportunities for swimming and water sports.

Bicycles and scooters can also be rented in the area, allowing you to explore the island at your own pace. With so many transportation options available, you'll have no trouble getting around and discovering all that Malta has to offer.

Very important notes before booking:

- Many of the language schools are at a walking distance, making it perfect for short and longer term rentals, with access to a very strong WIFI.

1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
