This chic designed APT boasts a Maltese balcony, an open balcony, and a spacious living area which features a comfortable sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for guests. Also included is a fully equipped kitchen, which is amazing for short and long term.

The prime location of this APT places you just a stone's throw away from the captivating coast.

Stay cool and connected with the convenience of air conditioning and high-speed WiFi available in the apartment.

Living Spaces| The living area is thoughtfully designed with contemporary furnishings, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploration. It features a comfortable sofa bed, making it an excellent spot for lounging and accommodating additional guests.

The Maltese balcony is a unique architectural feature that showcases local charm. It's a quaint space where you can soak in the ambiance of traditional Maltese design and perhaps enjoy a picturesque view of the neighborhood.

Kitchen| The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the essential cookware and utensils. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, this kitchen has everything you need.

Bedrooms| The 1 bedroom is a peaceful retreat, featuring a comfortable bed and tasteful decor to create a tranquil ambiance. You can expect a restful night's sleep in this cozy space.

Bathroom | The bathroom is equipped with a shower, ensuring you have a convenient and refreshing way to start or end your day.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machine, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

High-Speed WiFi | High-speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment, allowing you to stay connected, work remotely, or stream your favourite content without interruption.

∙Taxis: Traditional taxis are available and can be hailed on the street or booked in advance through taxi companies. Additionally, you can use ride-sharing services like Bolt, Uber or e-cabs or take a regular cab to get around the town and beyond.

∙Walking: St. Julians and the nearby areas like Sliema and Paceville are pedestrian-friendly. You can easily explore the coastal promenades, shopping districts, and dining options on foot. Walking is a great way to enjoy the scenic views and soak in the local atmosphere.

∙Rent a Car: If you prefer the flexibility of having your own vehicle, you can rent a car from various rental agencies in St. Julians or at the airport. Having a car allows you to explore the entire island at your own pace and visit more remote destinations.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
