"This is one of the few hotels in the are offering complimentary parking and in this are is definitely a bonus! The rooms were clean and nicely appointed, comfortable bed, clean and high quality linens. The hotel’s breakfast and the serving/eating area was fine and the guest services agents were extremely helpful and professional. I’m both a Hilton Honors and Marriott member, but next time in Buffalo, we’ll definitely keep this hotel on our short list!"
