"The room was very clean and beds were comfy! The breakfast was delicious! The pool was closed when we arrived and when it opened back up the next evening it was green and murky. I’d look elsewhere if you’re depending on a pool for kiddos. Other than that, we had a great stay!"

"This was easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the bedspread was dirty with what appeared to be cigarette burn marks. The breakfast area was also unclean and offered very limited options. The counters and machines needed to be wiped down, and there was no staff available to help when the hot water for the oatmeal ran out.
The only redeeming quality was its proximity to a fanatic local restaurant (His Place). Otherwise I would not recommend...

"Considering that this was an IHG property as well as the cost of the room I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I reserved one type of room but was given another that did not meet our sleeping needs. The bathtub and shower were dirty and definitely needed work, the toilet seat was broken. They have a nice lobby , but that is about all. Staff was polite, but not very responsive. Allin all I would NOT recommend. I did try to address this with IHG with minimal response and no resolution..I am still waiting...

"When I arrived late at night, the desk staff gave me a key as usual. One elevator was clearly stuck and there was a crowd so I waited 10 minutes to get to my room only to find it would not open. After trying for 5 minutes (checking my key worked on another door, throwing my body weight into the door twice, messing with the handle), I go back downstairs and there's no one at the desk. I have to wait another 5 minutes for someone to return, and they tell me the particular room they assigned me...
