"We loved our stay and the hosts!"

"Excellent place to stay in downtown South Bend. The proprietors are lovely people and the rooms are comfortable and clean. And a great breakfast too!"

"Good value"

"Appreciated clean room and helpful staff."

"We were on day 9 of our 4000+ mile roadtrip. After car problems and change of itinerary I found this stop at a great price. We got there later at night and were so pleased with the being put on the 21st floor. Super friendly front desk. Great room- super clean, nice decor. Fun to be connected to a smoke-free casino. Breakfast choice was limited but still found a place in the casino that was a good meal at a fair price. This was our favorite stay on the trip- wish we would have had more...

"Very helpful staff and clean rooms."

"Need to take care of outside and the smaller things like stairs and showers"

"I must have had a newer room during my last stay, because the room I was in did show some wear and tear. The day I tried to use the ironing board, it fell apart on me. I called the front desk and reported it and maintenance brought a replacement right away. Also, I stayed four nights and chose not to have my room cleaned until the third day. When I did request the room to be cleaned it was not; they said they were down two housekeepers so it was not done. So, I just asked for extra towels."

"Excellent hot breakfast - not the cheap continental layout."
