Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features a king bed and is perched upstairs with an ensuite closet and master bathroom with double vanities. Open the windows for an amazing breeze or the AC is available for comfort on a warm evening. Off the master is a quiet, private terrace with a high table with seating for two that you can enjoy your morning coffee away from the rest of your party. There is a Smart TV available to watch Netflix.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 is located at the front of the house with a view of the hammock on the porch. This room features a queen bed and also has a split AC and a smart TV.

Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 is located at the rear of the house and features a queen bed with a smart TV and split AC unit.
Both bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom with double vanities.

Living Room
The living room is a comfortable space to relax and gather together while playing cards or watching Netflix and listening to music on YouTube on the large 55” Smart TV.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen and dining are open concept. The dining room is a wonderful space to eat meals prepared in the fully functional, spacious kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertop. There is also a Keurig Coffeemaker with an assortment of K-Cups and an electric kettle with a selection of teas for the tea lovers. The layout is perfect for your party to sit on the barstools around the island. This island can also double as a work area.

Laundry
Off the kitchen is a dedicated space for laundry with a sink, front loader washer and dryer and an iron and a full-sized ironing board. We supply starter laundry detergent and softener. The pantry in the laundry room has beach chairs, noodles, towels, beach bags, a beach blanket. The property also has a cooler for you to take to the beach.

Outdoor spaces
There are 3 outdoor patios to choose from. Patio 1 is off the master that features seating for 2 and the most perfect for morning coffee. Patio 2 is an uncovered space in the rear of the house which features a high table with seating for 4. This is a perfect space to have breakfast. The main patio features patio furniture with a table that can comfortably seat 4 people and a hammock to relax in. The outdoor patios are the perfect space to unwind and relax after a day well spent at the beach. In the yard, is an outdoor bench with an umbrella to provide shade. There is also a basketball rim to throw hoops on the grass.

This home will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and is equipped with everything that you would need in your home away from home. Equipped with WiFi and a backup generator also. Although each bedroom and the living room is equipped with Smart TVs, note, most streaming services are not available in Antigua due to international restrictions. Netflix and Youtube works here so have your logins handy.

The entire house is accessible with the exception of one room that is utilized as storage and one closet in the master bedroom. These are easily identifiable with locks.

Rental car recommended. Gated property. Rental cars can be parked off street under carport.

Access to the carport is through an electric gate. A link will be provided for entry and exit to the property.

Property is not suitable for children under 5 years old.
