We really enjoyed staying in this cozy, well organized little unit and would definitely rent it again. The price and location were a bonus. So close to the downtown core and Harbour area, walking distance to some great restaurants too.

Great location for walking, and quite quiet in general despite the busy street. Appreciated the coffee pods. Bed was comfortable. Grateful for the portable air con even though it is very loud.

Clean, quiet stay close to St. John’s tourist activities while still peaceful. Small studio unit with everything you need for a short stay including full kitchen amenities. Parking pass was great and convenient, steps away. Note that AC unit can be a bit loud, so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Great value compared to other similar options in the area.

This apartment is new in the heart of downtown St. John’s. It’s a studio apt meant for one or two people. Bed was super comfortable. Place was very clean. Stocked with all the things we needed and extras which was a nice treat. Great location and host was easy to contact. It’s street parking but we never struggled to get a spot in front of our house. All in all one of the best places we stayed at thus far.

Our stay at this location was ideal for two pleople. The place is immaculately clean; just renovated. Everything is included (coffee, tea, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap...). All appliances are new. You get free parking space with Street parking permit. It is a walking distance to downtown and next to the Rooms Museum. An order of magnitude better than staying in a hotel room.Rated 15 out of 10
