  • Are you looking for a slice of paradise convenientlyw located in downtown St Johns? Look no more!

    Minutes away from Water front, Signal Hill, George St, bars, coffee shops & restaurants.

    This executive home was constructed in 2015. You can expect stunning hardwood floors & crown moldings throughout. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped executive kitchen, dining room washer, dryer, private deck and BBQ.

    Property has a single car garage and driveway available.

    As you enter the main door on the first floor, there is a stairway and a door to the left, which provides access to the garage and 1st bedroom. The 1st bedroom comes with a double bed, workspace area, has access to the washer, dryer and backyard.

    A walk up the stairway will lead you towards the main floor embodied with an open concept, 9 ft ceiling kitchen, living room, dining area, half bathroom and access to patio.

    On the third floor, you will find a master bedroom with an ensuite, a third bedroom, the main bathroom and a linen closet. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds.

    PS If you decide to walk down the hill to view the beautiful st John's harbour, be prepared for the uphill climb back home lol you're sure to get your cardio in!

The hosts were very attentive, the house is equipped with feeling at home. It was very clean. We were very comfortable, handy location to everything. It’s a nifty neighborhood. Lots of stairs but this is the charm Of St.John’s. There are 3 bedrooms, two on top floor with 2 bathrooms. The half bathroom Is off the kitchen. The 3rd bedroom was behind garage, has access to backyard. No bathroom. The hvac is in the same room. Would be been nice to have 2 beds in one of the bedrooms. Great parking. Thank you for a nice stay.

We didn’t expect the 3rd bedroom to be in the garage. As a guest it is more important to me that there was a bathroom in the basement over the laundry room. Everything was very clean and well looked after, great location, St. John’s was an easy walk. Host was very accommodating after we found out our flight was later. Thanks for contributing to a great get away

This was a gem of a find in St. John’s. The host, Trevor, was an excellent communicator making the check in and stay seamless. The unit was as described, clean and beautifully appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We travelled as two couples and had our own bathrooms. The kitchen was large and well stocked. We had every amenity we needed. The location is excellent, very close to downtown as well as grocery stores, restaurants, and experiences. We would highly recommend this VRBO and would definitely return should we visit St. John’s in the future.

Beautiful property in a good location. Host very responsive and answered all questions promptly. The townhouse does have 3 bedrooms, however the 3rd bedroom is located behind the garage on ground level with no bathroom access. There is a door in the bedroom that leads directly outside. There is 16 stairs from front door to main level and another 16 stairs to bedroom level. Would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Having said that it is very well equipped and beautiful furnished. I would recommend this property to anyone who has no issues with stairs or a secluded bedroom ground level.

This cozy apartment is central to most of the sites of St John’s. We could leave the car at the property and walk to downtown, Signal Hill and The Rooms. The apartment was roomy, comfortable and decorated with care and attention. The hosts were prompt in replying to my many questions prior to arrival. Check in and check out was easy. No hesitation in recommending this property to friends and family.
