"Vi boede 2 nætter på hotellet. Vi var på vej til et familiebesøg, så beliggenheden var det vigtigste. Hotellet ligger utroligt flot. Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var perfekt. Vi vil helt sikkert besøge The Five Arrows Hotel igen."

"The property is lovely. Very clean, warm and comfortable. You are made to feel at home rather than being in a hotel room. I hadn't advised i woukd need a patking space, but it was no issue. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the host Helen is really lovely welcoming you into their home. Definitely stay here again. I was here for business and very handy location to get my customers."

"Brilliant stay at the Villiers Hotel. We received a room upgrade and found ourselves staying in a Duplex Suite. The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff all kind and caring and very well trained. Hotel room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well heated during the cold spell we were experiencing. The hotel was very well maintained and presented quite a quirky and interesting persona. Breakfasts were promptly presented with an excellent range of cooked choices. Always a free parking space...

"Trist beliggenhed, men ok til en enkelt overnatning. Ringe udvalg af brød ( intet groft brød) og ost ved morgenbuffet. Mangler fokus på gæsters håndhygiejne ved buffet."
