The Little Loft in St Ives is a beautifully appointed and recently refurbished one bedroom apartment in a converted Edwardian house in the centre of St Ives. Perfectly located, up a quiet back street just a few minutes walk from Fore Street, about 5 minutes to the Harbour, Porthmeor Beach and the Tate Gallery.

The space
There is a cute living space with well equipped kitchen/lounge, window with view across the rooftops and a glimpse of the sea. Comfortable and cosy, it’s a lovely light room. The living area has a wall mounted Smart TV with access to Netflix/Apple TV and Amazon Prime so you can log into your own accounts to cosy up on the sofa and watch a box set. There is a small tall table with stools and the space also has good quality wifi (sky super fast broadband) and a nest smart thermastat to control heating

The large bedroom has a king sized bed with memory foam Emma mattress and lovely soft linen as we know how important it is to get a good nights sleep! The bedroom has stylish new furniture, a built in wardrobe as well a large wall mounted smart TV with the same features as the living area. The small en- suite shower room is just off the bedroom with large head shower, WC and small sink.


Our place is accessed by one short relatively steep flight of external stairs and so may not be suitable for those who are less mobile.
