"Obviously a lot of effort has been made by the new owners to create a comfortable and upgraded environment. They are working hard and constantly on what was obviously a worn down building. Looking out from the room the gardens and view is spectacular. The room was large and comfy with great, instant hot water and lovely deep bath. Authentic home cooked curry was delicious."

The breakfast is simple and nothing special and the rooms are tiny. The shower was quite bad with no pressure on the water and we were very surprised to come home after a long day walking and then realise that they are not even making the beds for you. Have never tried that in a B&B before. Really think the owners need to improve the...

The lady that greeted us and showed us around was lovely.
Our room, the Nest, was beautiful as was the rest of the castle.
We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast and met other members of staff, they were lovely.
It was like being in a fairy tale.

"Cute little studio apartment / stone cottage in the countryside, but only 20 mins from Pembroke Refinery (where my work was). Never saw another person there, but everything worked out well. Only complain would be that the door between bathroom and room proper was on the way to rotting at the bottom corner towards the shower; and water easily penetrated to the room proper. I laid down a towel at the foot of the door to stop the water, and it came away discoloured from wood rot. Other than that, no complaint; nice and quiet - I'll book there again. "
