The washer and dryer unit is also on this floor. The top floor has a well-appointed kitchen with lots of cabinets, new appliances, 14-foot ceilings and a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8. The marvelous views continue from the comfortable middle seating area with a large tv, an additional twin sleeper/sofa. Off the common living area on this level there is an additional half bath and a King Suite with a full bath. The dining, sitting and living rooms are all warmed with beautiful hard wood floors and perfectly appointed to take in the stunning views while visiting with family and friends.
