With beautiful Gulf views, a spacious outdoor living area, private pool, and plenty of entertainment for the whole family, Sugar Magnolia offers everything you need to settle into island time and enjoy an unforgettable beach vacation.

Step inside and enjoy a comfortable, thoughtfully updated interior designed for relaxing after long days in the sun. The living room features a 75-inch TV, while each bedroom is equipped with its own 50-inch TV, giving everyone plenty of space to unwind. A convenient coffee and drink station makes mornings and happy hours a little sweeter, while the home's inviting layout provides room for families and groups to gather.

Sugar Magnolia offers four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, one of which is outdoors to enjoy the sounds of the Gulf while accommodating up to 12 guests. Two Gulf-facing bedrooms each feature a king bed and beautiful coastal views. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, while the fourth features a full-over-queen bunk bed, making the bunk rooms ideal for children, teens, or additional guests. Inside, one full bathroom features a tub-and-shower combination with a single vanity, while another offers a tiled walk-in shower and single vanity.

Outside is where Sugar Magnolia truly shines. Spend your days lounging around the spacious private 14-by-30-foot pool, complete with a sun shelf and elevated sun deck perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine. Pool heating or cooling is available for an additional fee, allowing you to enjoy a more comfortable swim during cooler or warmer weather. The expansive Gulf-facing deck provides beautiful ocean views and an inviting place to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon
cocktail, or the coastal breeze.

When you're ready for the beach, simply follow the home's private boardwalk directly to the sand and saltwater. After a day by the water, rinse off in the private outdoor shower, enjoy a friendly game of ping pong, or fire up the gas grill for an easy family dinner. Anglers will appreciate the dedicated fish-cleaning station, while an electric vehicle charging station adds another convenient amenity for guests. Both covered and uncovered ground-level parking are available.
Centrally located on St. George Island, Sugar Magnolia puts you within easy reach of local restaurants, shops, island activities, and everything that makes SGI such a special destination, all while giving you a peaceful beachfront retreat to call your own.

Sugar Magnolia accommodates a maximum of 12 guests, and renters must be at least 25 years old. Events exceeding the home's maximum occupancy or requiring supervision are not permitted, and the property is non-smoking. Bringing a furry family member along? Please contact us regarding pet size and quantity restrictions.
For even more poolside enjoyment, guests may upgrade to pool heating for an additional fee. Please keep in mind that pool heat is designed to raise the water temperature approximately 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
