* Home is dog friendly and we do not charge a pet fee for one small dog. If you have more than 1 dog or if your dog is larger than 17 pounds - please inquire. Guest access

Guest will have total privacy and access to the entire property with the exception of one closet.

There is a private entrance into home.

NO shared spaces in the home and all in-home amenities are available to use.

Other things to note

--> We do not accept Check-ins or Check-Outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family.
