"Sanctuary at Rum River was perfect for our large family get-together. All of the house was clean. Beds were very comfortable (even the bunk beds) bathrooms were well appointed. Kitchen was GREAT...nice to have everything labeled on the cabinets, and have plenty of dishware, glasses, coffee cups, and silverware. "only 2x of us during our stay. it's a fun property to stay at. play ping pong, pool or hang out down by river. roast some marsh mellows in the fire pit. This is a very large setup we had to keep ourselfs to only one small part of it otherwise we got lost :) good stay."
