"Crabtree Place was a great weekend getaway. We loved the 60s feel. It has a great vibe. All beds were comfortable and the house clean. We had everything we needed to make meals and found goodies like a popcorn maker to use on the stove. The hosts were responsive and clear with communication. We enjoyed downtown Midland and Dow Gardens on our visit. We did play some games provided by the host. We will happily return the next time we need to be in this area."

"WHERE TO START?!! I’M NOT KIDDING If you are planning a trip to the Frankenmuth or Birch Run area, you need to book your stay here. If I could give our host, Ryan, and his property, ten stars instead of five, I would without hesitation! There were so many extra touches that were in Ryan’s rental including, but certainly not limited to, bottled water in the refrigerator, a bag of ice in the freezer, laundry soap/dryer sheets, q-tips/cotton pads, creamers/sugar packets for the Keurig coffee...

"Beautiful home, great location. 7 minutes from downtown bay city and perfect for our family reunion at a different place. Plenty of toys for toddlers and a high chair as well! "

"Beautiful renovation to the house. More than enough room for family of 6. Quick 2-3 min drive to just about anywhere in town. Kids had fun in the game room and roaming the property outside, from tossing football to chasing fireflies at night. Thank you for the great stay!"

"We were so impressed with The Montford. The house was so well taken care of, and had everything we needed. No detail was overlooked! We had two families plus my mother, and it was the perfect amount of space. Location-wise, we were less than a min walk from Main Street, where we spent a majority of our time. Chris, the host, checked in on us and was extremely responsive when I asked a question. Could recommend this property enough!"
