The Space:

This ground-floor apartment consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, a living/dining room with dining seating for two and a sitting area with a TV. There is a double bedroom, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a front garden with a patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, smoking is not allowed. Within 0.8 miles there is a shop, within 0.3 miles, a pub and within 1.1 miles, a beach. The Neighborhood:

With meandering cobblestone alleys and a lovely port full with boats, this is the ideal Cornish fishing community. Beautiful hikes go both ways along the coast, with sandy beaches, steep cliffs, and hidden coves to discover. The village boasts a good selection of pubs and eateries, and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are just up the road. Between Easter and September, a daily ferry travels from Mevagissey to Fowey. Spend some time at the Tall Ships harbour at Charlestown (7 miles), which has a shipwreck museum, or among the world-famous Eden Project's tropical biomes (11 miles).
