Enjoy your creations in the sunny conservatory dining area or step out into the garden and dine al fresco and where you’ll also find a fire basket BBQ — perfect for gathering around on cooler evenings. A utility room with washing machine, microwave, and fridge freezer, along with a downstairs cloakroom, complete the ground floor.Upstairs, all three bedrooms are south-facing and boast sweeping sea views. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and built-in sliding wardrobes. The second bedroom offers a super king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds upon request, while the third is a cosy single room. From here it is a short walk to the steps that lead down to the dog friendly beach. The property is also near the town of St Austell home to Cornwall's famous Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
