"Great location for a visit in St Augustine on the waterfront of the bay just outside the historic quarter and right after The Lion Bridge. Complimentary afternoon snack in the lobby on our arrival and delicious homemade cookies. The receptionist Ellen is very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is the poor and very unstable internet connection in the room. We hope that will be improved and upgraded, as we have met fantastic highspeed internet in most of the other hotels on this trip."

"A quaint traditional Florda motel in a quiet area within easy walking distance to St. Agustine attractions. Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable bed in an affordable, no-frills location. 10/10. Would stay again."

"The OBI was perfect location and price for my friend and I who had come to see the Sierra Ferrell concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheater. The room had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, and check in/out was easy. We Ubered to the show for only $10, and walked back after through the adjacent park and beach. Would definitely stay here again. Great value."

"This is an old hotel but clean. The staff is very friendly.we like how secluded the area and lots of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Cleaning staff did clean our room everyday. We enjoyed our 4 nights of stay."
