*Please note that the property has an elevator, but it is not listed as an amenity and its availability is not guaranteed. If it is out of service during your stay, we may not be able to have it repaired right away, though we’re always here to help if any issues arise.
For safety, the elevator should only be used when needed and must be used with a person inside. It should not be used to transport luggage or groceries on its own.

In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. Our dedicated cleaning team will promptly address and correct any concerns to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free. We stand behind our cleaning practices and are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming space!

Parking - There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

No smoking.

No pets.

Guests have access to the full home! There is a locked closet for the owner and cleaners.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee.

*Elevator Use Policy:
The elevator is provided as an amenity and should not be essential to your stay. Please note that the property is not ADA compliant.

Guests are expected to use the elevator responsibly and follow all posted rules and operating instructions. The elevator should be used only when necessary and not for play or misuse.

Any damage or service issues resulting from improper use may result in repair costs being charged to the guest.
