Ocean front 2nd Floor w/ocean views from Living Room and Master Bedroom.

Enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets. If you're looking for amazing ocean views and easy beach access, this is it! Ocean views are so close you feel like you're sitting on the beach. Take in the sounds of the ocean as you gaze at the rolling waves and beautiful ocean right from the condo. Townhouse layout allows quiet mornings downstairs for early risers while upstairs provides quiet mornings to sleep in for a bit or gives separate space for the night owls of your group.

After an amazing day, this property has a unique view of sunsets too! The best of both worlds sunrise and sunset. Ocean sunrises without leaving the condo and sunsets right outside front door on upper deck. The deck includes tables and chairs for a relaxing evening drink and sunset view.

Kitchen: Downstairs - granite countertop kitchen, bar seating, dining nook. Kcup coffee pot.

Living room: Downstairs - wrap-around couch, flat-screen TV, and dining nook right off from open kitchen floor plan.

Master bedroom: Upstairs- king-size bed, flat screen TV, large closet, enjoy sunrise ocean views without moving from the cozy bed.

2nd bedroom: Upstairs: 2 full beds w/flat screen TV.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms (1 full bath downstairs w/shower, 2nd full bathroom upstairs with tub/shower combo).

Condo Access: 2nd-floor condo with ocean views from living room downstairs and master bedroom upstairs, 2nd bedroom views of intercoastal. This is a 2nd-floor unit stair access (no elevator). All rooms have a flat-screen TV.

Beach access: Beach access is so easy, a few steps away from the oceanfront pool. No long boardwalk. The pool is ocean front so hop from pool to beach easily.

Amenities: Pool + kiddie pool, tennis courts, gas grill, horseshoe pit, sunset viewing deck.

Laundry: Pickup/drop off wash, dry & fold. No need to do laundry on vacation! However, commercial coin w/d available onsite. No washer/dryer in unit. Valet laundry service can be arranged (additional fee). Come enjoy Nights of Lights, over 3 million lights in historical St. Augustine (Nov -Jan )

We had an excellent stay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) and the space was clean and inviting. LaDonna was a wonderful host and communicated information about the condo and area prior to our arrvial. She was also very quick to answer any questions I had during our stay. The condo is close to the pool and beach and has an incredible view of both. We had a great trip and would love to stay here again!

Great location and views, clean condo

This condo was exactly as listed! The owner was so easy to communicate with and very helpful. Everything you need for a beach vacation is there, no need to bring anything extra. Depending on when you stay there may be a parking issue with not enough spaces but that is the building’s issue. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay in St. Augustine. The beaches were not crowded, it was a short drive into town and to local attractions. It was a very peaceful vacation. The condo was clean and so close to the beach. We plan to return soon! Highly recommend!

At the Beach

Wonderful beach-front condo only steps away from the beach and pool which can both be seen from the living area and main bedroom. Comfortable, spacious, and quiet. Kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The host checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and quickly provided the recommendations we asked for. Highly recommend and hope to return.

This place is just as described, great location and wonderful views. Ladonna thought of everything one would need to feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable. I haven’t had such a relaxing vacation in a long time.

Epic View!!!!

My family and I had a very relaxing stay. My husband and son surfed almost everyday. Great spot. The kitchen had everything we needed to put together a nice Easter dinner. We enjoyed the barbecue suggestion by the owners and it was very good. Place was very comfortable. It has a tennis/pickle ball court and grill stations in front that were brand new. The owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. We are real happy with the property and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you Ladonna for opening your home to us.

17 days in the sun

We loved the location with the pool phasing the ocean. 70’s and 80’s weather in April was a great pleasant surprise.We had a hard time understanding how to unlock the door.The condo was impeccable but not having a washer and dryer in the unit was not easy (the community Landry room and machines where old)We have stayed in many BRVO’s but this one was poorly stacked

Amazing and Relaxing

This condo was perfect for our visit. La Donna was there for us when we needed her and always pleasant. The condo had everything that we needed and was so quiet that we never heard a sound from neighbors. I loved having the bedrooms upstairs, giving view of the lovely beach upon waking. The location was just right for exploring hiking trails and visiting St. Augustine. We hope to return here next year!

Nice place

Very clean and well kept. Kitchen was especially nice. It was so quiet at night. No noise or anything to get good rest. Pool was very nice and the overall property was very clean. Located perfectly. Far away enough to avoid traffic, congestion, but close enough for dining and groceries.

Wonderful vacation spot.

Great beach. Wonderful for walking. Pool area was great as well. Enjoyed exploring the historic area and the St Augustine Christmas lights were fabulous. The condo was clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive, very quick and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to others. Hope to be back.

Awesome place to stay!

The place beautiful. Great view of the ocean from the deck and master bedroom. The grounds were nice and the pool was great (and plenty big). The host (LaDonna) was great. She responded to any questions within minutes and made sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Excellent trip!

Loved it, and so did our family of various ages. The owner clearly has put a lot of thought into presenting a comfortable environment- little things like laundry baskets, beach chairs, seasonings in the kitchen, etc. it was so nice to have these options that weren’t a necessity but definitely a nicety. The pool was very clean, not at all crowded, and there was lots of seating. The walk to the beach was the shortest of any condo I’ve ever been in, and the beach area was nicely maintained. The only thing I would change would be an elevator due to having a rolling wagon daily for beach outings. Having several kids meant we had a lot of stuff to run back and forth, but the wagon could be used without a hassle.

Steps to the beach

The condo was super clean, the grounds were very well maintained. Direct access to the beach was amazing. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. The pool was easily accessible and was never crowded. Ladonna was very communicative and responded very timely, she even had a small gift for us once we arrived. As said in the booking description be prepared to go up and down steps. Lol. But it’s totally worth it. I’m sure we will be back.

Relaxing and Comfortable

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and we really appreciated the laundry baskets for each bedroom and the canopy in the closet off the kitchen was very thoughtful. The beds were so comfortable, truly one of the best condos we have stayed in. Our host went above and beyond. We had wine, chocolates, and water waiting for us. She also sent us excellent recommendations. The location has a quiet and chill vibe, plenty of chairs at the pool. We will definitely be back!

Great place!!

So first off just some fysa…this is a second floor unit no elevator so if you’re an over packer like me think twice about your luggage. Some other things to note…no food at the pool which kinda stunk to have to go back to the condo for lunch. Also no security at the pool anyone can come up from the beach. No in unit laundry but honestly LeDonna was a great host. The place was clean and so comfortable and everything was just awesome. We are thinking about renting again next year. Also my bestie said the shower on the first floor was amazing. Water pressure was great and LaDonna thought of everything we may need during our stay. I’m sure you’ll love the place as much as we did
