"Booked what we thought was a well kept stately home and the promise of home cooked full english breakfast. Internet connection poor and nothing could be done as it's working fine in reception I was told!? It was 2am and I was working in the room!!! It's an old, very run down estate and breakfast was horrible. Reception staff was nice though... Overall can't recommend this hotel."

Matress in our bed was completely worn down, and the internet was so bad, it was in reality useless. Guys! - May I suggest that you keep your personal toxic arguments away from your customers?
