"The property is central located and easily accessible to all the sightseeing and the shopping markets ....loved the ambience ,food and hospitality..just if they would have a kids pool as pool on the top floor is 4.5 feet which is not k for small kids ...kids pool would have been an added advantage...else everything is good 😊"

The Hotel is very close to the commercial offices. As I was on a business trip, I had to visit some offices that were situated very close to Hotel Horizon! When I came back in the evening, I realized that a few of the tourist places are in close vicinity. I took a drive around Fateh sagar lake and post dinner went for a walk to Sukhadia circle....

"If you like antique collections, they got some exotic items. The front office people are very nice, courteous, and very engaging. The restaurant upstairs is decent. I didn't want to step out for dinner after a hectic sightseeing day and the upstairs restaurant came to the rescue. I will say you will get more bang for the buck. "

Booked for delux room but they gave one regular room without informing. When I told them about it they were like we dont have any other room and this is the only option and the new room was only made available next day.
We ordered food from outside and ask them to give us plates, they just gave us 1, when asked for few more they said kitchen is closed and we can't give you just plates....

"Incredible little hotel in Udaipur! The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. They did their very best to make you feel at home. There was a beautiful rooftop terrace where you could have home cooked meals. The only issue is that the wifi only really worked on the terrace, not in our room. Wish we could have stayed longer! So far, our favourite hotel in India! "

"Hotel Mewar Inn is really a homely place - the stay there is so comfortable. The staff is friendly and they become almost a family, by the time we leave the place!
Room service is excellent and the rooms are maintained well.
My only complaint is about the food - we had breakfast of Alu Paratha and it was bad - very little stuffing inside and the oil used was too much and it spoiled our stomach. The curd was not good in taste. We were so put off with the breakfast that we opted to eat elsewhere...

"The rooms are small & nothing like the pictures on the site. They have a small kitchen & dining area is untidy. Although i got my room upgraded after complaining but the room i got wasn't good enough & they also removed my Half board(2 meals a day) facility. Manager was not aware about what is half board."
