The front desk wasn't so useful if you needed help with transportation or local activities, and there were issues finding the hotel location with GPS and local ride services (there is a sign on the main road but the actual hotel is a ways back on a side road)."

"We stayed in Vivanta to attend a local wedding. Cannot fault the hotel and the staff. They were extremely hospitable, catered to all our needs at odd hours, were of great help when my son got sick in the middle of the night, gave me late check out on request. Chaitanya was very helpful, thanks."

"So outside the property there is a lot of infrastructure developments under way which seems to be a problem in this area od Pune, no fault of the hotel. The hotel itself was an unexpected surprise. The staff are all super polite and helpful. The room was larger than i expected and very comfortable, well lit with good air con, sound proofing, hot shower etc... only drawback was the lack of power outlets for charging devices, a common problem in older properties. "The Pride is my regular hotel in Pune. I’m practically a regular and it’s a second home to me. Room service, laundry, air conditioning, two restaurants on site, pool, spa - all make it worth it. I prefer to have family visit me there than to drive around Pune when jet lagged. It’s also centrally located especially if you want to see the Old City."
