"It must be very difficult to get staff. Except for the cleaning staff - they are always nice and helpful - It seems like nobody cares about anything, least of all the customers. It seems like we are more like an annoyance. I normally say; when you have a bad attitude with an employee, you have an employee-problem. When you have a bad attitude with all employees, you have a management problem. Draw your own conclusions from that."

"We had a lovely stay at the Bingham Townhouse. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was quiet despite being at the front (roadside) of the hotel. The room had an effective blackout blind to keep the light out. Biscuits and hot chocolate were supplied, as well as the usual tea & coffee... and a bath!! Such a nice addition after months of Travelodge/Premier Inn stays! The staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was fabulous with full English and continental...

"Lovely place to stay- self contained accommodation with walk in shower, cloakroom, and generous bedroom. Room was cleaned daily. Lovely outdoor spaces, set in medieval Grantham. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We ate at the Piggy Bank which was about 5 mins walk away. 100% would stay again."

"My wife and I stayed for just one night. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff and proprietor were very friendly and helpful. We dined in the evening and breakfasted the following morning. The food was good and service efficient, friendly and courteous. Our room was warm and clean and the bed very comfortable. What more do you need from a hotel? We will definitely stay should we go back to the area."
