This splendor and all its rooms are newly and fully renovated, with the being cleaned before every new guest, by the property manager.

The property manager lives 5 minutes away and will be able to answer questions, throughout your stay in this utopia.

For safety and security there are cameras monitoring the outside doors / entrances to the house.

There are NO cameras inside the house or that see the pool.

The pool is not heated, however the heated hot tube is next to the pool.

NO UNPAID GUEST ARE ALLOWED. Unpaid for guests will be asked to leave and additional bedrooms will be padlocked. Thank you.

Amazing Getaway in Ontario

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. All the amenities listed were present and in excellent condition, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, thanks to the clear and easy-to-follow instructions provided. We truly appreciated the seamless experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay. It felt like a home away from home. Clean, comfortable and private.

My siblings-family getaway!

It has been 13 years since we spent dedicated time together away from our hustle-bustle lives! My mom is 95 and absolutely loved the pool as did one of my sisters and my (only) brother! My other two sisters have limited mobility using walkers, one requiring extra-special care. This wonderful space was perfect for them... main floor bedrooms/bath and the huge kitchen/gathering area were ideal. Perhaps the owners would consider adding railings here and there to assist better use of the outdoor spaces for those with mobility challenges. This could be an excellent rental feature in the future. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much

Well appointed, clean, large and comfortable home

We travelled as a group of two families consisting of 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Joanna was an excellent host. She replied to all of our questions before and during our stay very promptly. The property was very clean and everything functioned as expected. The property was well stocked with all essentials, and then some. There was ample space for our two families. We would certainly re-visit this property in the future.

Three days of great memories

Our three nights stay was wonderful. The house was big, cozy and elegant. The property with its nice pool, hot tub and tons of green space, cannot be beat. Joanna our host, though we didn't get to meet her, was very attentive and quick to answer all our questions.questions

Absolutely amazing property!!!!!

We hosted a family reunion here of about 10 -12 people and it was an absolutely amazing time. The property is beautiful with all the amenities you could ask for. The house comes fully stocked with everything you need from propane for the BBQ grill to firewood for camp fires every night. The property is secluded enough to make you feel like you are in your own world while still being close enough to places like Barrie Costco. The best part of the stay was seeing every star imaginable at night. Joanna is an incredible host that made the whole process smooth. We are definitely going to be visiting again. One word of caution, just like any other open area, there are quite a few mosquitoes so remember to bring bug spray and you'll be all good. Thank you again Joanna.

Mouse droppings on counters and one bed

We left within an hour of arrival after a 2 hour drive to reach the house. We immediately contacted VRBO and the property contact without any resolution as of now (3 days later). When we were looking at the rooms, there was mouse droppings on top of one of the upstairs beds. We also found mouse droppings on the kitchen counters. The 5th bedroom which was listed was full of junk and unusable. The basement rug was filthy. This was not mentioned at anytime prior to check in. Hoping we are fully refunded for the place we spent 1 hour at.

Comfortable retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The house was very spacious and comfortable for 3 couples. Amazing kitchen to cook in. We loved that we could use the hot tub, sauna and fire pit in December. We even go to use the basketball court as there was no snow. I would love to go again during the summer to use the inground pool and nature trails. A little oasis in the middle of the woods with tons of privacy.
