"Everything from check in to check out was a breeze. The house is clean, cozy and comfortable. Managers are very responsive and kind. We needed to extend our stay due to a medical issue, they were very gracious and were happy to help anyway possible. I would most definitely book again. Only thing i would like to share is the flight of stairs to get to main floor of the house could be difficult for some people, just keep that in mind. "Great stay in West Hartford for a 2 day lacrosse event. Check in was easy, communication with Mark was speedy and the house had everything we needed including the ability to wash some dirty clothes. Fresh coffee and water supplied and nice evening walks to town for dinner. Cannot beat the location."
