"This is my second stay at The Grove Cottage and it has been wonderful both times. The first stay was for a ladies' weekend trip and the second was for a family weekend stay. Home is beautiful. Very clean and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable. Walkable too many downtown restaurants and shopping. Short drive to Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers and other areas of attraction. Would definitely return for another stay. "

"We only stayed at this house for the 1st night (less than 12 hours) of our 4-night reservation, due to the condition. The property was dated and dirty. Dirt/dust on baseboards & air vents, bugs on floor, carpets not clean, most blinds were missing fins or pieces, trim paint peeling, house had a funky smell, beds did not have mattress covers, unkempt yard. Neighbor dog barked all night long, our entire family slept poorly and decided there was nothing the host could do in the short term to make...
