House Rules

Door code: Active from 11:00 AM (check-in day) to 10:00 AM (check-out day)

No parties, events, or unregistered guests (Violations may result in cancellation and $500 fee)

No smoking, vaping, or drugs ($300 fee for odors or evidence)

Max 8 guests — no third-party bookings or illegal activity

No RVs or oversized vehicles ($100/day for unauthorized parking)

Excessive mess: $75–$150 cleaning fee

Lost garage remote: $45 replacement

Lost & Found: Return shipping is $35

Overstays: $200/night, subject to AR Act 238

Pets: Up to 2 dogs, $99 pet fee — Must be house-trained and cleaned up after

Casa Maya is in a pet-loving community, so you may occasionally see and hear pets in the neighborhood — up to 2 pets are welcome per stay.

Guests are responsible for any damage or rule violations, and waive claims against the host or cleaners for accidents or issues related to use of the house and its amenities.
