Kick back and relax in this beautiful two bedroom one bath home with gulf access, just 5 minutes from Hospital Hole and 15 minutes to Rogers Park via kayak or boat. The main bedroom comes with a king-size bed, stands and a desk/work station. The second bedroom has queen. The living room has a couch, love seat, recliner and a pull-out couch. The kitchen is perfect for dining and is fully equipped with a range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher. Please note, there is no clothes washer and dryer. There is a Coin Laundry just 10 minutes down the road

We do keep our commercial fishing boat moored at the property and is available to rent and comes with a USCG licensed captain. Rates start at $450.00

We want our guests to be as comfortable as possible when it comes to checking in and
checking out, so I've updated the check out instructions so all you have to do is hang wet towels to dry before leaving, that's it.

We have three adult singles kayaks, one tandem and two youth singles kayaks.
High speed broadband internet with 5gWIFI, (up to 200Mbps).

Driving or parking on the grass is prohibited.

Smoking is allowed outside.

Please be aware that the dirt ramp may be slippery at some times and launching a kayak from the dock may be difficult at low tide.

Children under the age of 12 must be under adult supervision at all times.

Any remote that controls the fan, A/C system, or TV that is missing you will be charged $100.00.

Towels and Washcloths are NOT to be used to remove makeup. $10.00 per cloth.

If you or your guests that accompany you, stain the bed linens or towels with body fluids or make-up, you WILL be charged $75.00 to replace the sheets and $10.00 for each towel/cloth. We throw away any stained sheets and towels.
