The home, "Sea His Glory," boasts panoramic vistas of the canal, protected marshlands, and the Gulf of America. The heated pool is completely screened and snuggled between the garage and the house, providing a private retreat for you to soak up the warm Florida sunshine, and the spacious shaded pool patio creates a secluded oasis where you can relax in the coastal breezes.

The home is a classic, built by a yacht builder in the 1950s, and much of that character is still reflected in the architecture and design of the home. The newly furnished house blends this vintage vibe beautifully with modern comforts. The home showcases beautiful wood beams, built in wooden shelves, and gorgeous stair railings with unique rope-designed spindles. Large windows throughout the great room fill the home with natural light and showcase stunning water views at every turn. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a loft with a sleeper sectional, large families and groups have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy their time in this slice of paradise. Smart TV’s are found in all bedrooms and in the living room. Eight guests can sleep comfortably here. There is a 10 person limit at all times. If violated, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your security deposit. No more than 3 vehicles, please. A full laundry room is attached to the garage.

You’ll also find a fun, fully equipped game room to entertain not only the kids but also the adults. The brand new Multicade Arcade Game reflects the retro feel of the house and will have you feeling like you’re in the arcade. Pacman, Galaga, Frogger, Donkey Kong, and Centipede are just a few of the 60 games included on this arcade game. A new wall-mounted game, Boss Toss, brings the game of cornhole indoors, and, last, a PS5 is available for those gamers who can tear themselves away from the sun and salty Gulf breezes long enough to pick up a controller.

Two single kayaks are available for your use. You can kayak in the canal or venture out into the Gulf. Boat launch and boat rentals are available at local marinas. Pine Island Beach is approximately 15 minutes’ drive. Minutes from Weeki Wachee Springs. Savor the fresh local flavors offered by many restaurants in Hernando Beach, Spring Hill and Hudson.

No smoking or use of any illicit drugs (marijuana, etc.) is allowed in the home, and no parties are allowed on the property.
