Located near I-65 and Marvin Wright Elementary, with the Meadowbrook playground and walking path within walking distance.
Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Other details to note:
Trash bins are located in the garage. Please place all bagged trash inside these bins. Our cleaning team will remove the trash during turnover, so guests do not need to roll bins to the street.
The fireplace is not available for guest use and must remain off during your stay.
A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Stay in Spring Hill
This house in Springhill was the perfect location and jumping off points for visiting downtown Nashville, Franklin and family in nearby towns. I enjoyed the layout of the bedrooms as it gave everybody their own space. The kitchen is very well stocked and was helpful as we cooked meals at the house
