"It was very easy communicating with AJ. Timely, accurate and detailed responses at all times. He also allowed us to check in a little earlier as the weather was bad.We lived at the property for 1 night - 5 adults and 6 kids. Location is convenient, safe and there is ample street parking.The property and furniture is a little dated. There was no lock in some of the bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom, which made it a little inconvenient in terms of privacy. The carpet in family room could use some...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Lake House. The home was clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully decorated for the holidays, which made it feel especially welcoming. Communication with Steve was excellent from start to finish. The house was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful lake view that we really enjoyed. Everything was as described, and the space was comfortable and relaxing. We would happily stay here again."

"The home was clean and comfortable for the most part. I would suggest that the lighting in the bedrooms be less harsh for comfort. Bright white bulbs and florescent lighting for my family was not great. I would add that the lighting in the bathrooms for doing make up was bad (too yellow). It stated in the listing they provided bottled water but none was present when we arrived so we went to the store to purchase. If it wasn't listed I would have brought some from home. I couldn't find a listing...
