"This was such a wonderful Bed and Breakfast. Absolutely fantastic. We stayed 5 nights and did not want to leave at the end of the vacation. The place is on the 3rd floor with an elevator close to the beach promenade and right at the entrance to the fantastic old city of Salerno. " We had a fantastic stay at La Maison du Paradis. Pasquale and his wife were excellent hosts. Pasquale met us at the apartment even though we were late and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. He checked in on us several times, gave us info about the buses and ferries, dining recommendations, maps, etc. He even arranged a cab back to the train station for us. The listing pictures are accurate and the apartment is in a very nice, old building with an elevator. It...

"Just spend 4 wonderful days at Villapiana in rural tranquillity. Villapiana is situated in a beatiful landscape with views of the mountains and Pellezzano. Villapiana is just 40 kilometers or minutes by car from either Paestum or Pompeji which gives easy access to both sights. Or the beaches of the Salerno Gulf. Villapiana has 2 restaurants of which La Ricciaia is the most noteworthy. Villapiana also offers a Spa opportunity. All in all Villapiana is very, very recommendable."

"The location is within walking distance from the train and many of the sights of Salerno. It's on the main walking street of the town. And it is a few streets away from the waterfront walkway so it's walking distance to the ferry.There are many restaurants in the area. There is no lift to the third floor but the stairway wide and not steep. So the climb isn't too difficult. Davide is a frendly host. "Great location close to restaurants and the main shopping strip, transportation outside hotel. Well kept building with excellent security. Room was amazing, modern clean, great bedding and mattress. Bathroom clean with a large shower. Great large balcony for late afternoon drinks and view of the mountains and the sea. Great communication from staff and easy self checkin instructions. Highly recommended place to stay."
