Villa Bartoli with private pool

Villa Bartoli is a magnificent villa with a private swimming pool (10x5mt, depth 1.20-1.90mt, open from 1 May to 30 September) 5km away from the historic centre of Spoleto, one of the most beautiful and historically rich towns in Umbria.
The property, entirely fenced in and surrounded by trees and hedges, has a beautiful, well-kept garden with several well-equipped spaces, perfect for relaxing and eating outdoors in total privacy. Outside, guests have at their disposal a pergola, a barbecue, tables, chairs and deckchairs.

The villa is divided into three floors and has been finely renovated keeping the original structure and features intact as much as possible. Wi-Fi within the villa.
It is possible to park directly inside the property.
The nearest supermarkets, bars and restaurants are about 3 km away.

Important information:

- A car is necessary during your stay.
- Bus stop at 20mt from the Villa
- The house internally has many steps to climb
- A road and a railway (about one train every hour during the day) pass close to the house, but inside the Villa you can hardly hear any
noise from outside.
- Garden and pool are cared for daily by the property's staff, without in any way invading the privacy of the guests
- At night the lawn is watered automatically

The villa is divided into several floors and the rooms are distributed as follows:

Ground floor

Kitchen with direct exit to the garden (equipped with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric hotplate and grill, kettle, refrigerator with freezer), living room with large table for eating comfortably for 10 persons, modern wood stove.

First Floor

Lounge with fireplace, TV with Sky channels, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath).

Mezzanine

Utility room laundry, bathroom with shower.
