Villa Florinda is a newly built luxury private villa with pool, designed for up to 8+2 guests and located in a peaceful Mediterranean setting near Split and Omiš. Offering 120 m² of fully air-conditioned living space on a 1,200 m² fenced property, the villa ensures complete privacy, comfort and relaxation.
The interior features three stylish, air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed (180x200 cm), TV, walk-in wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom with shower. Two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200 cm), share two modern family bathrooms with showers. A comfortable living area connects to a fully equipped kitchen fitted with modern appliances including microwave, toaster, coffee machine and more. The living room offers a Smart TV, PlayStation 4, air conditioning and a sofa bed suitable for two additional guests. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the villa.
The outdoor area is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and designed for complete relaxation. Guests can enjoy a private 9 x 4 m swimming pool with 8 sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a covered terrace with barbecue and outdoor dining area, ideal for long summer evenings.
