"What a great experience at GRAND! My family and I have never stayed at shared place before, and I am blown away at how great this place accommodated us. It's in a perfect location to explore the mountains, was beautifully decorated / clean, and the technology to access everything made it so easy to get in and out.

"Vi boede i stueetagen og havde en dejlig terrasse med sol det meste af dagen/ aftenen.
Vi overnattede to voksne og to teenagere. Børnene kunne fint sove på soveaofaen men det hele bliver bare lidt rodet når de skal sove i stuen. Heldigvis var vejret godt så vi var næsten kun udenfor.
Vi benyttede også solterrassen med solvogne lige ved siden af den indendørs swimmingpool.
Hotellet arrangerer masser af ture/aktiviteter.
Der er en lille indhegning med geder.

"Hotel is rated as 5 star hotel and price reflects that. When you arrive to a 5 star hotel you would expect floor heating in bathrooms, but this is not the case in this hotel opened around 2008. Hence the floor is cold and heating in room else was too warm. We did not manage to adjust heat and had to open terrassedoor during night.
We had booked including halfboard. On arrival we found out, that we could choose to eat at 6.30 pm or 9.00 pm. When you book a room with halfboard in a 5 star hotel I would expect to book tabel at a more convenient time and not have to adjust to "two seatings". As half the guests are booked at the same time we had to wait in line for app. 15 minutes before getting a tabel. Again not what I would expect for a 5 star hotel with a nightly rate of over 700 Euro. We will not come again even though area surrounding Bürgenstock is beautifull."
"Sikkert et udmærket vinter hotel men det egner sig ikke til sommerferie. Ingen mulighed for at køle hytten ned hverken aircondition eller fan. Træhytten er som en sauna. Sengetøj lugtede af sure tæer. Vi fil tre forskellige lukketider for restauranten, først kl 22, så 21.30 også 20.30 og da vi kom kl 20.17 havde de lukket og da vi påtalte det, trak de bare på skuldrene og sagde og det var noget de selv besluttede som det passede dem. Så ingen aftensmad til os. Dvs to børn og to voksne. Og det på trods af at bordet ved siden af fik serveret mad som vi satte os. "
