"Alessio was a great host. Very welcoming and helpful. Parking at the door for 10 Euros was a bonus. Room service breakfast was awesome and the place was super clean and well maintained. Thank you Alessio!!"

"Property was very unique and quaint. Our bed was a little uncomfortable and the walls/floors are a little thin so we could hear other guests easily. Breakfast was good & in a cute little kitchen! "

"Great place, good price."

"I expected much more from this hotel from the pictures but also the price. This hotel's advantege is the beach. The hotel looks nice from the outsider, and the staff is friendly. The cleaning get top-rate. It takes an efford to keep the very old and wornout room looking acceptable. The design of this hotel is so outdated. Where's the Italien nice design and beautiful lamps and light? The rooms are in depression colurs, it's dark and grey nothing on the walls only an old black/white picture of...

"Helpful staff and well maintained property."

"Very good experience in the middle of a rural and wine region in Abruzzo. Nice and cozy room with nice touches and family atmosphere. Very good breakfast served with care and love. Paula is great, she received us, made restaurant and visits reservations and took care of us. The entire time is great. The Ciavolich wine very good. Thanks Paula , Roberto and Fernando ."

"Very welcome staff. Nice room, great breakfast and welcome cocktail. Perfect location"
