"The Loft was a lovely property in a beautiful location. The place was clean and comfortable. It had a lovely shower and all amenities for cooking if needed. The owner was friendly and approachable. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable and everything we could have possibly needed was provided, including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The house is in a convenient location, only a minute or two's walk from the centre of the village. A particular highlight was the bedroom in the roof and the sounds of the sheep and cows in the fields nearby! We enjoyed staying in Tideswell...

Our booking got cancelled as the cottage had ‘last minute maintenance’. The booking was for the 2-7th July 2025 and despite a huge amount of emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages - it’s now the 12th July and we have still not received a refund.
