Beautiful villa with pool in Specchia

Welcome to Villa casakarina Sun&Pool&Relax, We are in southern Italy, in Apulia region, Salento area ( area form Brindisi to Santa Maria di Leuca-Finibus Terrae)
the Villa casakarina has an area of 400 square meters with an attached 10x4 salt pool, it is distributed on two levels suitable for families or a group of friends( max 10 ppl) in search of relaxation. The property is located in a quiet setting, the evocative medieval old town of Specchia can be reached on foot in a few minutes where there are supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries and is a 15-minute drive from the renowned beaches of the Maldives of Salento (Blue Flag) .
On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a single room all with private bathroom and air conditioning and mosquito nets, equipped kitchen, large living room with 75 led Smart TV. On the first floor there is a family suite with 1 bedroom(max 4 beds), small living room with kitchen , bathroom, washing machine, sun terrace, covered veranda with garden view and pool, the villa is equipped with wood-burning BBQ, wi-fi, ample private parking and video surveillance in the courtyard of the house. Me and my husband Antonio live on the basement floor, with a side entrance, independent and separate this to guarantee your privacy and privacy, always ready to meet your needs, give advice and provide information about culture, history and traditions of which Salento is very rich.
The village of Specchia boasts the excellent central location, being 15 km from the seafront of Santa Maria di Leuca, 30 km from Otranto and Gallipoli. The location is not suitable for hosting parties and events.
Other things to note
The price is depend of period( low season-hight season and how many ppl you are) Min, 300 euros for day- max. 650 euros for day. All costs of electricity ,water, gas and final cleaning of the villa are included in the price!! In order to ensure your privacy, the maintenance of the pool and garden will be carried out every day (in the morning from 05:00-08:00). The outdoor spaces are video-guided by closed-circuit cameras. If requested by guests and always included in the price every two / three days, the villa will be cleaned and towels changed, while the change of sheets will take place every week. The city tax to be paid in cash at check-in €1.50/person per night including children aged 14 and up.
