The upgrades are “landlord special” style. The couches are not comfortable or spacious, and the house lacks a dining table so the only option is the island and doesn’t work well even for two couples. "We loved our stay here. This space/property is the perfect natural oasis/escape from the city; it was exactly what we were looking for, gorgeous natural light, lots of windows, a huge yard, tons of nature/animals, fire pit, hiking nearby, the river access is perfect and even an active bald eagle nest! I slept like a baby the entire trip. Checking in/out was easy. We absolutely will be coming back for round two asap - highly recommend staying here ! "

"First when we arrived, we were greeted by several insects right when you opened the door. There were ants and centipedes around the house and it likely needs sprayed for insects. They were on the floor, walls, bathroom, in the lights, etc. mainly on the first floor. The floor was very clearly not vacuumed and the living room carpet looked like the floor of a frat house.
