"Front desk super friendly and kind. I had left a notebook and they called me saying they found it when cleaning the room. Very grateful for the call as all my notes for this trip was in it. Luckily I was still in the area within 30 minutes.

"Even though we live down the street, my Wife loves coming here for staycations and this is our favorite hotel to stay locally. Anything you need, they will cater to you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The general manager even loaned me an iPhone charger (his personal charger) to use because I had left mine at home. 10/10 stay per usual"

"The space for your dogs to go potty feels like an unsafe space for a female traveler. The rooms are nice but my room and floor really smell like dog pee which makes for a not so pleasant stay. Staff was great. "

"They are located outside the city and Reno but it’s only about 20 min away and if you want peace and quiet, this is your place. We are non smokers and retired. We like the friendly staff and the convenience of the location. They are located right of the freeway. We will return and use this location again. "
