It has a spacious, split-level design finished in executive style with two separate living areas and a spectacular gourmet kitchen. The main living area has a gas fireplace and large TV, while the downstairs lounge is perfect for entertaining the kids.



Chefs will love the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the large kitchen. The top-floor balcony offers outdoor grilling and forest views. Not in the mood to cook? Head out to nearby restaurants and coffee shops including Frescana Méxican Bistro, Getaway Cafe, and Freel Perk Coffee.



Tahoe Paradise Golf Course, Washoe Meadows State Park, and the Truckee River are all just a short drive away. There's plenty to see and do here. Winter brings world-class skiing at Heavenly, Kirkwood, and Sierra at Tahoe, while snowmobile rides are available just a few minutes from the house. –Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 vehicles in the garage.
