"The man at the front desk desk had an attitude and something was bitting me in the room they didn’t allow me to go get my belongings when I checked out the man at the front desk didn’t want to make me a key to go get my belongings"

"Hotel is conveniently located and is still quiet. The hotel is well equipped. We did not have as many towels as would normally be in the room, but did not ask for extras as we were only there one night. The room was clean, but I have seen cleaner rooms.... you know..as clean as your house when you have guests, but not "professionally" spotless. Again, we didn't complain and we would gladly stay here again. "

"Great hotel. We stayed for U of A orientation. Breakfast was the typical spread (waffles, eggs, oatmeal). Everything was clean and staff was very friendly."

"Clean comfortable room. There was no extra blanket in the closet although there was a pillow and mattress cover. Very nice older gentleman at check-in. Disappointed there was no complimentary morning coffee that you find at most hotels. Priced affordable."

"For the price is the room ($175-200), I expected a much more updated, maintained building. The tile was coming off the bathroom floor, there was mold on the bathroom sink. The elevator literally jolted every time the door opened/closed and when it was going down. On a positive note, very friendly staff, great parking and a wonderful hot breakfast."

"The shower had no water pressure. Asked to have room cleaned and it wasn’t on the first day there. Towels that we were given one was dirty with something brownish looking and another had a pubic hair on it. If I’m paying to stay in a hotel, with the prices the way they are, I believe that the room should be cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. Nice hotel, but needs to be maintained better. Little run down."
