"It was lovely. It was quiet and away from people, v close to local amenities and sites. The WiFi is spotty but that is no criticism, it was great to know i could just read a book without constantly checking my screen. Will definitely come again."

"Lovely place to stay, immaculately clean and very friendly hosts. We stayed for one night to break up a long drive with young children and it was perfect. "

"Was ok for a stop over. The hallway had a rather musky smell. We had to contact host when we arrived to get details about how to check in but that wasn't obvious on the booking details."

"It was comfortable. Clean. Unfortunately the the guest prior to us smoked marijuana in the main room. I’m sure there was very little for the host to address this before we checked in. Otherwise great, courteous. "

"I personally did not stay here. I booked for my mother and father and aunt. They came from America to visit me in Nottingham/Derby. From what I saw it was clean, neat, and well stocked with all thing things you need for a stay. My folks said the beds were comfortable and they enjoyed their stay. I would definitely book again for future guests visiting me. Thank you. "

"Located 15mins from Matlock, this property is in an excellent quiet location. Beds comfortable, Hot Tub which was clean and perfect temperature the moment we arrived. Odd bit of maintenance Ive informed the owner about but did not affect our stay. Communication was constant throughout the stay answering questions we had almost instantly. Really nice touches like washing up liquid, condiments and small things you would not expect from a vrbo property. The games room which was a hit with my kids....
