"The hotel was itself was great, staff was awesome. My only complaint about was I booked the Club room, as I have done in many other hotels. I was disappointed when I learned that unless your their during service time, their was no offerings. Most properties will. Have access to sodas and bottled waters throughout the day. "My flight was significantly delayed during my recent trip, and I was concerned that my hotel room might be given away. However, when I called, Isaiah was accommodating and assured me that my accommodation was secure. The following day, Tay was there to answer any questions that I and my family had. "My mother and I had a relative in ICU for a long while, so having a hotel seven minutes from Novant Presbyterian was perfect.
