Private ferieboliger i Southern Pines

"Great location near Southern Pines. Walking distance to several restaurants. weymouth Woods hiking trails literally two blocks away. Only a few minutes away from the Golf Course that we played. I would probably paint the front fence and do some things in the yard for curb appeal. Inside /older home but clean and you get what is advertised. Appliances, air-conditioning, all the important things have been updated/ large suite upstairs that we gave to our friends to stay in and they really enjoyed...

"good value for the cost. needed to be cleaner."

"This beautiful home is located within walking distance to downtown and a beautiful park for kids to enjoy. The owners provided everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were all new. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked with extra fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. I did not bring my dog, but this is an extra bonus if you need to bring yours."

"Great stay, clean, close to everything, couldn't reccomend enough"

"This cottage is exceptional; it is very clean, refurbished and comfortable including new kitchen appliances and personal touches in every room; just right for a small family, 2-3 couples or friends' getaway. Back deck and firepit include everything needed for outdoor meals and entertaining. An easy 10-minute walk to downtown Southern Pines... hope to return next time in the area! "

"The property was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was a great value and we enjoyed our stay."

"It was easy to get in. The location was ideal. My dog particularly enjoyed the screened in balcony. The only issue we noted is the exterior stairs. One of the steps needs to replaced and moved when we stepped on it."

"Cutest little house!"

"Andrew was an awesome host! Always available to answer questions, very responsive, helpful, cheery & respectful. I LOVED this property! It is so unique! I stayed with my husband & medium-sized pup. It is so charming & well outfitted. I loved the antique furnishings that melded so well with the modern amenities. We were in town for a wedding at Pinehurst Resort, it was an easy 10-minute drive away. Couldn't ask for a more convenient location. Private & quiet with great amenities included for our...

"2nd time staying here, convenient location, would stay here again"

"Love this golfer friendly home with the perfect layout and great location. We visited for a quick weekend to play golf at Pinehurst with our son and his girlfriend. We enjoyed the sunroom for college football games in the evening. It was great to have garage access since it was a wet weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house had the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and cool Pinehurst Golf decor. We will stay here again!"
